This is where things start getting a little technical and we call in the troops to understand your site more fully. We cover all the bases: legal | engineering | survey | access |  environmental

Ho hum…the stuff you’d rather not be involved in, and you won’t. As and when required our team of fun warriors will make all the necessary applications on your behalf. It's got to be legit.

While we’re out there locking horns with the fun police you can get on with the exciting stuff of finalizing all aspects of your unit for manufacture. Lock down every aspect so there are no surprises. We’ll lead you through the dark world of analysis paralysis and deliver you to the excitement and certainty of decisions well made.

It’s go time. Your unit will be manufactured in a controlled environment, measured against a predetermined timeline and build quality protocol.  Weekly reports and ongoing communications mean you’re always in the loop. 

Proper site preparation is key, and runs in tandem with the business of making beautiful things back at the factory. As an over riding principle site intervention is kept to an absolute minimum, but there’s unfortunately no getting away from the need to seat the unit most appropriately in its chosen locale…and to ensure the relevant service connections are available and ready. I guess its just one of life’s certainties – there will always be wheel barrows and spades.

Clever design, careful logistics and forward planning are all in concert as the unit is delivered to its carefully prepared home.
